Recipe: Las Campanas Corn Chip Pie Burrito

Conventional Oven Preparation

Ingredients

  • Las Campanas Bean and Cheese Burritos (1 package)*
  • Chili (30 oz.)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • Corn chips (1 bag)
  • Green onion, sliced (1 ea.)
  • Tomato, diced (1 ea.)
  • Sour cream (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the burritos is a 9×13” baking dish.
  3. Pour the chili over the burritos.
  4. Top with the cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with corn chips, green onions, tomatoes, and sour cream.

Microwave Preparation

Ingredients

  • Las Campanas Bean and Cheese Burritos (1-2)*
  • Chili (14 oz. can)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (to taste)
  • Bag of corn chips (1.5 oz bag)
  • Sliced green onion (to taste)
  • Tomato, diced (to taste)
  • Sour cream (to taste)

Directions

  1. Remove burrito from wrapper and place on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Top the burrito with desired amount of chili and cheddar cheese.
  3. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until hot.
  4. Garnish as desired with corn chips, green onions, diced tomato, and sour cream.

*Substitute Las Campanas Bean and Cheese Burritos for any of your favorite Las Campanas burritos or chimichangas.
