Crab Meat Salad
Sea food lovers rejoice! This crab salad is incredibly simple and healthy to boot. We keep things spicy with bit of our Beaver Brand Cream Style Horseradish in the dressing.
Ingredients Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Beaver Brand Gourmet Ketchup
- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons Beaver Brand cream style horseradish
- 1/4 cup finely minced chives
- 1/4 cup dill pickle, chopped
- sea salt to taste
Ingredients Salad
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1.25 pounds crab meat
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 hard boiled eggs, cut in half
- 10 pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 large dill pickle, cut into quarters
- 1 large avocado sliced
- Fresh lemon wedges
Directions
- Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk together until emulsified
- Combine 1/2 cup of the dressing with the lettuce
- Divide lettuce among serving plates
- Arrange crab meat and remaining ingredients on top of salad
